    研究領域 Research Interests 目前研究的方向包括:
    (一)內切與外切幾丁質水解酵素的研究與改質:
    配合結構模擬,以基因工程改變幾丁質水解酵素的胺基酸序列,進而改造酵素結構,以改變酵素對基質的反應特性。目前已完成可產生80%三醣之酵素設計與生產。
    (二)生化整治技術---利用酵素處理汙染物:
    師法自然,利用白腐真菌天生處理木質素的特性,在實驗室以液態醱酵培養取得胞外酵素,用來處理難分解的戴奧辛汙染等。
    (三)甲殼素材料應用與開發
    由於甲殼素為一帶正電、來自蝦蟹廢棄物的含氮生物高分子,可廣泛應用在固定化酵素、吸附色素、清潔等方面。已開發出甲殼素肥皂、甲殼寡醣生物製劑、止血棉、二氧化鈦-甲殼素複合物等。
