相關連結 實驗室簡介下載、EELab 實驗小天地研究領域 Research Interests 目前研究的方向包括:(一)內切與外切幾丁質水解酵素的研究與改質:
配合結構模擬,以基因工程改變幾丁質水解酵素的胺基酸序列,進而改造酵素結構,以改變酵素對基質的反應特性。目前已完成可產生80%三醣之酵素設計與生產。(二)生化整治技術---利用酵素處理汙染物:
師法自然,利用白腐真菌天生處理木質素的特性,在實驗室以液態醱酵培養取得胞外酵素,用來處理難分解的戴奧辛汙染等。(三)甲殼素材料應用與開發
